Consultant Clinical & Forensic Psychologist

I have more than 30 years experience with professional qualifications in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, and have attained a doctorate in the field of trauma, child abuse and neglect. I am a Chartered Clinical & Forensic Psychologist, having a BA (Hons) in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctoral degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Since 1988, I have been a Consultant Clinical and Forensic Psychologist at CTC Psychological Services. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered through the British Psychological Society and on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and a member of the Academy of Experts.

I have been working in the field of trauma since 1979. I trained in assessment and intervention work pertaining to child sexual abuse at Great Ormond Street Hospital in 1984. I have specialised in trauma work since 1986 and have been providing Expert Witness services since that date, including Criminal, Personal Injury, Child and Family, Risk Assessment and other court cases.

I have worked with children and families for over 30 years, and my service has developed effective team approaches to the resolution of family difficulty and conflict.
